TICKET DELIVERY

After your payment has been confirmed, your personalized ticket will be available as a PDF and, where supported, as an Apple Wallet pass. It will also be sent to the email address used for the order.

CHECK-IN

Bring your ticket digitally or printed and keep the QR code ready at the entrance. Each QR code is valid for one admission and should not be shared publicly.

STUDENT TICKETS

A valid student ID must be presented at check-in when using a student ticket.

CANCELLATIONS AND NAME CHANGES

Paid tickets are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled after purchase. Refunds are only provided if the event is cancelled or materially changed by TEDxTUDarmstadt, or where required by mandatory law. The original purchaser may update attendee names until 24 hours before the event starts.
